uvLayer Launches Today

uvLayer launches today

Go throw a video – that’s the fun concept behind the beta video dashboard launched today by Unknown Vector. It’s called uvLayer and it was first unveiled publicly at the NYC Video 2.0 Meetup last Tuesday.

It’s time for an independent video dashboard that is intuitive and robust and gets you connected through social networks. This could be it. Throw those videos around. “Don’t tase me bro” and “Paris in Jail” and of course the infamous Tom Cruise Scientology video are all there. What can you add to the mix?

In the release crossing the wire today Unknown Vector offers user accolades:

Mary Emerson: “uvLayer allows me to easily create a collection of
videos and watch them at my leisure, but I really like seeing what my
friends are watching using the activity list.”

Max Garwood: “Before I spent a lot of time trying to find funny videos;
cutting and pasting video links to my friends in email, one at a time. With
uvLayer I can create collections that I just drag and drop onto my buddies
list, it’s awesome.”
